While the parents relax on the extendable corner couch in front of the fireplace, the children can play undisturbed outside on the large lawn. Playing ball, table tennis, swing just running or watching squirrels. Together you can then start a nice bike ride or hike on roads that are hardly used, sand paths or bike paths to one of the various nearby Baltic Sea beaches.

The private holiday home Roxin was built on our 10,000m2 site near the Baltic Sea. We have designed and modernized the interior with a lot of love. A suitable colored coat of paint is still missing on the outer facade, which is being planned and needs to be carefully considered. The spacious, fenced-in green meadow with old trees and bushes and flowers does not require a lot of paving and concrete and offers plenty of space for holiday wishes. Pilgrims let their eyes wander on the Via Baltica, the Way of St. James that leads past. Here you live at a very good starting point to experience the regions, close to nature, the Baltic Sea coast and exciting attractions and sights.

The bathroom has a bathtub and an extra shower.
A washing machine is also available.
The living room has a comfortable leather corner couch and a fireplace. There is a nice big wooden table for playing.
The kitchen has a dining area, a fridge, an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher and is very well equipped.
The house offers WiFi and 2x satellite TV with Fire Stick and Chromcast.
