living room

The bright, central focal point of the holiday home is the living room, where you can chill out comfortably. The pull-out leather couch invites you to read, watch TV (+ Chromecast) or enjoy the open fire (on cloudy days 😉 ). When you look out the window you can enjoy the wonderful outdoors. At the large wooden table you can play, paint or talk.

Kitchen

The very functional and well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare a wide variety of dishes. Baking, toasting, cooking pasta or chopping fruit and vegetables, everything is done conveniently and easily. After a healthy meal, everything can disappear in the dishwasher and the way to the living room is close at hand.

bedroom 1

This spacious bedroom has a large double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with two separate mattresses and a small seating area with a table. It’s right next to the bathroom.

bedroom 2

The light-flooded bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (2x 0.90mx 2.00m), a small washing facility with a washbasin and an illuminated mirror as well as a comfortable seating area with a view of the beautiful garden. The room offers direct access to the adjoining terrace.

bathroom

In addition to the toilet and shower, the bathroom has a bathtub and an illuminated mirror, there is a hair dryer and hot water is generated by a flow heater. Depending on the package, towels are included.

Bedroom 3 (upper floor)

Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds. In the cozy room in “Danish” style with wood paneling on the walls and ceiling there is a TV and a seating area.
An Amazon Fire Stick is connected to the TV, which you can use to access your own streaming services, for example. The room offers a window with a view of the garden to the hinterland to the Stepenitz river.

In front of the room is the staircase with a separate sofa bed in the passage.

Garden

The spacious and fenced garden consists of a large area of green lawn, with old trees and shrubs and flowers. The whole area deliberately manages without a lot of plaster and concrete and offers plenty of space for your holiday wishes.

terrace

The stone terrace in front of the house is well suited for barbecuing with a wooden seating area.
The side terrace with real wooden planks is perfect for sunbathing. You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset over the expanse of meadows, fields and hedgerows of the Stepenitztal.

Other equipment

Our (little) guests can look forward to using the paddling pool if it has been booked. A large charcoal grill, a swing and a table tennis table are available for everyone, as is a washing machine. Fresh herbs, peppermint, fruit or berries can be used for some meals depending on the season and ripeness

A small game box for the rainy days is also available ;-))
